Unfortunately Royal Mail delivered my order to the wrong address - despite it being addressed correctly by Sarah and when I received it, it had been damaged. I contacted Sarah who replied immediately and provided a replacement within 24 hours!! She was so helpful and did more than she needed to,to make sure I received my order.
